Context
Nordia is one of the Canadian leaders in call center outsourcing. The company has 3 call centers, 2 of which are located in Quebec and 1, in Kitchener, Ontario.
The hiring goal: 1,100 talented individuals annually. Fill out the training sessions that are a work prerequisite for new employees.

Strategy / Solution
A global assessment was conducted to understand the external and internal environments, the job market, the competition, the existing brand and message, and the recruitment practices. From that insight an annual recruitment solution was elaborated.
The  goals: optimize each component to increase its efficiency. Communicate distinctive and attractive advantages. Focus on an integrated image and message to be disseminated consistently. Select appropriate advertising formats and media as well as relevant options.
Optimize candidates’ experience by providing a micro-site respecting lead generation best practices.
Implement measurement and follow-up tools

Implementation
All items defined in the strategy were developed simultaneously to ensure an implementation within the best possible timeline.
The brand concept and message were adjusted to targeted candidates and adapted to suit a variety of advertising media formats. Follow-up statistics helped monitor and adjust the performance of the banners. The micro-site was to ensure easy referencing. 

Results 
Significant engagement and pride demonstrated internally.
Print ad generated twice as many applications.
Reaching the set objectives has improved, currently addressing 80 to 117 % of the monthly hiring goals.
